Terms and Conditions:
CARD LOST TREATMENT:
• In case of membership card loss, notarized affidavit of loss should be provided plus Php 150 issuance of the new card.
• Reprocessing should be done internally by the head office under Metrobank card.
AUTHORIZATION:
• For pick-up through branches, authorization letter and photocopy of the member with three (3) specimen signatures should be provided to any representative in the absence of the members.
EXCLUSIVE DEALS FOR PARTNERS :
• Head office employees, agency demos, existing partners and suppliers are entitled to join as long as they availed the membership via online.
• Employee discount privileges will be disabled given the loyalty prepaid card is availed.
• There will be no credit line granted considering the discount’s extended is up to 50% upon purchase for the resellers.
RENEWAL :
• Annual renewal fee of Php 150 is required. Partners will be notify via text or email 30 days before the expiry date of the membership.
RETURN POLICY :
• Original copy of receipt is required for return and exchange of items.
• Items must be in its original good condition, with packaging, price tag, and barcode intact.
• Allowable period of return and exchange is :
• Seven (7) days after receipt of items for NCR Area transaction
• Fourteen (14) days upon receipt of items for Luzon Province transaction.
• Twenty one (21) days upon receipt of items for Visayas and Mindanao Province transaction.
• Shipping and handling cost involved in exchange / returning and sending back the item will be borne by the customer.
• Exchange of items can be allowed in the retail / physical stores of Rusty Lopez.

• Delivery partners is provided for your convenience.
• Delivery service fee is shouldered by the ORS.
